Title: Sheilded Can and top plating/color?

What would be the correct color or plating for the shielded can, top, and spark plug shields? The can I have is black and the top is a dull silver. I would like to have the parts plated or paint, whichever would be correct. I am also going to do the top and bottom of the fuel pump.
