Title: Louvre lever / slays lever

I have a massive rust hole right where the lever should mount and the bottom end of my lever is a rusty lump. I would greatly appreciate a few good photos of this mounting point and any details you could give me on the end of the lever (pivot hardware)

I couldn't see the other end, but it looks like the lever attaches with a rivet rather than a bolt:
