Post by: gpw1942 on October 19, 2026, 10:14:27 AM

Hi All,
Just picked up a new Scout Car project. 1st for me. Anyone in the north east PA area with one? Could use some advice and one to look at up close. Is the vin number stamped on the frame somewhere?
