Hi Greg,
I checked today and I have the drivers side vertical hood piece, the drivers side horizontal and I did find an extra middle piece also. I don't have the other two you need.

Ha what great pictures. I heard about that one long before you bought it, something like "that one in GA with the tree growing thru it". Nice save.

Its too bad that it wasn't through the doors, windshield armor, and the roller, then I wouldn't have to get them.      Greg
