Title: NOS harness use or not use?

I currently have an NOS front head lite harness and rear body NOS harness. I have talked to a few, and one or 2 think even though NOS it shouldn't be used due to age?
Any thoughts???

On some of the loose single wires bend them over on themselves, if the insulation cracks or looks funky do not use. If everything is nice and pliable without cracking, then you shouldn't have any problems.
