Halftrack M16 models wanted, Halftrack wanted

Hi there,
I am looking for a m16 Halftrack.
That is ready to drive.
And in an original condition.
Also looking for a Tank, that is not listed at a website somewhere.

Being from the Netherlands, I assume you’ve talked to Ivo Rigter at BAIV? I purchased my M16 from them last year. They have one in for restoration that they could maybe do for you at a price.

That pic looks like an M16A2 with French Combat Wheels ... heard there was one intact in Europe .. Do you know where this pic was taken or who the owner is by chance Dennis?

I’ve seen a few A2s over here in the U.K. but quite a few have been returned to M16 config. I’ve got a few A2 parts that came with my M3 that must have been salvaged. BAIV also have an A2 for sale that was on a range. Unfortunately it’s seen better days. They’re also restoring an A2 but it’s going back to M16 spec also.

I don’t think anyone will ever find such an original Halftrack as yours Mark, not unless there’s an African Queen II, or a Vietnam Queen or some such long lost untouched example out there.
