Skate rail measurements
« on: September 19, 2015, 11:03:16 PM »
Howdy all,
I have about 50% of a skate rail and would like to build the rest, unless someone already makes them.
Does anyone one have any plans or drawings they would be willing to share? It's the front half I am missing.

Also, I noticed when lining up the parts I had on some of the side pieces, the mounting brackets do not line up with the holes in the armor. Could it be from a scout car? The back corners do line up though.

Thoughts?
Thanx.

Its nice that they have a good dimensional drawing of the Scout car rail. Can any one give the corrected dimension for the Halftrack? I believe the sections are all the same with a longer rear side section, Is that correct?

That came out of the Base Shop Data Manual for the scoutcar. I'm sure the same manual for tha halftrack has a simular drawing. The only such manual I know of is owned by a member that goes by Trenchgun on this forum. I've been hoping he would let me borrow, rent or buy it so I can scan it for others to have. No such luck yet. ;)

From the sound of it that would be the manual to have!
