the halftrack is the very early type with no track tension springs but it should be helpful to some people.
the record is  9 minutes to install a track..   see if you can beat it.

Nice video. I found it interesting how they used a piece of metal to keep the bogies in place when they jacked it up.
 I should be putting a track on soon we'll see what happens.
