thats Tactical Operations Center for you civis. the track with all the radios in it run by the S-2, S-3 sections at regimental / brigade HQ. if anyones ever studied the M3 installation manual it looks like you could spend an 8 hour day drilling all the holes you need for 3 radios. why 3 radios ? because they all cover different freqs. and the freqs depend on the branch. IE armor (-508),
artillery (-608), command, (-506 or -193). so those radio operators earn there money, relaying messages. up down and sideways, what you have depends on your unit TO&E , very good idea to do your homework before you spend a pile of money, john wayne-ing it. I think if you can afford big halftrack money, than you can afford 20.00 $ for the installation manual. and military research has piles of TO&Es on line for free. print em out, whip out your highlighter, and figure out what goes where, and why.
so with all that said- who's got a TOC ?
