Hi all,
As I am heading towards Cleveland for work in a couple of weeks I was getting into the history of the White Motor Coorporation. As the plant was located in Cleveland on the corner of East 79th street and St. Clair Av. in Cleveland I was wondering if the plant was still there.
Unfortunately it is demolished in 2010 to make room for other commercial projects. Out of curiosity I decided to look for the site at google streetview and the plant is still there if you're on the right spot!!

I'm wondering if they rolled out for the first time through this door...
If you go back from this point towards St. Clair Ave. the plant disappears as those section is updated in streetview.
Too bad that this piece of history had to make place for newer projects. Nevertheless I will pay this site a visit in a couple of weeks. Just to see if there maybe is something left.
