Trailer resistor location?
« on: January 26, 2020, 07:00:00 PM »
I think someone said this resistor for the trailer receptacle is mounted on the frame or cross member in the left rear somewhere. I don’t see any previous holes in that area. Does anyone have a picture of one mounted?

Thanks.

Jon

On a M2 it is mounted inside of the LH rear bumper step.

Is it supposed to attach to the underside of the tread plate or the frame of the step somewhere?

After retrieving the trailer socket bracket from the shelf, I noticed two holes that looked like they'd fit the resisitor. And they did!

Thanks Kevin and Gary/yd328 for the help.
