Bogey seal race

Since my old track broke I decided to rip apart the bogey wheel and rebuild both sides, don’t want to ruin the newer tracks with having the old bogey wheels delaminate.  Are the seal races just pressed in,I can see the two welds for the large washer but nothing else holding it in. Any hints on removing them so I can either replace or weld up and clean up on a lathe. Thanks.

The seals are pressed in David. The welded washer is there to protect the seal from any big stuff.
