Thanks Steve, I really appreciate all the advice and access to parts you've provided to get me this far.

Not to mention the motivational power of seeing your M3 with the attention to detail when I visit your place..........reminds me what can be achieved with time and patience.

finding original rear armor is hard.  if you are going to stamp the part number in the armor like the original armor had don't do it to neatly = thats a dead giveaway for for repo. i have some armor where the part number is at an angle almost running off the piece.

this site has some good pics of the m2A1 ..... does anyone know where this halftrack is located?
