horn button wiring
« on: August 25, 2012, 07:25:16 PM »
I have looked over a few manuals but come up empty. Can anyone explain how the horn wiring is located from the horn button down? Is it a pain to get working, is it easier to just mount a button on the dash?

Thanks,
Andy

should be easy to get working.
the wire goes through the bottom of the steering box and ties into the wiring harness. it goes from the box, over the top of the firewall to the horn relay beside the bottom of the air filter.

OMG i would have never figured that out. Your a life saver Steve. I didnt even know there was a hole at the bottom of the box. Mine was caked up with dirt.
Thanks!
