A friends M16A1
« on: October 29, 2012, 08:08:25 PM »
Here is a picture of a friends HT. Just brought it down to my shop to help him change the tracks and bogie wheels. While it is here it will get a couple of other tweeks to get it running good. Looks to be original armor with a uncut quad. I would guess by looking at it that it was restored about 25 or 30 years ago. Guns are all early repop gas guns. No computer boards here! It has a distributor with a electric motor to make the spark for the guns. Has a lot of the little things that are normally missing. Old tracks are dated July 1945.

Lots of green "junk" as my wife likes to call it.
