SCR-508 Radio Manuals and Stuff

With several halftrack owners, including myself, installing a SCR-508 radio or one in its family I decided to post some pages out of the Halftrack M2A1 installation manual, SCR-508 user’s manual and some other pages of interest. First, here is the M2A1 installation manual TM-11-2718.



These first two pages are actually in the SCR-506 install but list the radios as BC-604 and BC-603's. I'm doing the first radio set up in the photo behind the driver. I have another radio st up for the rear for a later date.





























Now for the SCR-508 Manual TM-11-600. These pages I felt most pertinent for someone setting up a basic display showing the basic components and accessories.































Now for some additional stuff.



I know this isn’t part of the original set up but I’m going to use them to play some WWII radio chatter if I can find it. My Dad did this with one of his radios with Vietnam radio chatter and is very cool.
