Found this heater on ebay. It looks close to original except for the two control knobs. Just search for "vintage chrysler heater".

It is the same manufacturer that made the ones for halftracks and scoutcars. The only difference is the defroster unit and control knobs on the front and chrome trim. other than that it is the same.
