Hey guy was at a military show this weekend and picked up some horns and was wondering if they would be correct for a halftrack. The single is unmarked and the double is auto lite.

As I recall the horn opening is kind of triangular shaped. I can't see from your pictures if these are round or triangular? If they are 12 volts they will work though.

Triangular in shape thanks hog.

This is a very common style horn used in the day on many vehicles civilian and military. Even my 1951 Chevy truck has this style of horn but are 6 volt. If the ones you found are 12 volt they should work but you will need to change the mounting to make it look correct. Also, halftrack hord had protective screens on them. Here is a post I did a while back on halftrack horns http://halftrackinfo.com/index.php?topic=136.0.
