Title: winch brace?

Is there supposed to be a brace or braces from the lower radiator armor to the bottom of the winch bumper?

this is off the internet not mine, if you want better shots ask i'll shoot some next time im in shop

 Some early vehicles didn't come with them, but when they were rebuilt they were added, you will see some with braces welded onto the glacis plate.
