Title: Surge tank warning message paint mask now available!

I found an original NOS surge tank at an auction this spring.

So I had my daughter duplicate the warning exactly as it is on the original tank into a paint mask.

Here is the application process. First I cleaned the tank with some enamel reducer.

Then applied the mask and taped it off for over spray.

I used rustoleum flat white spray paint.

I waited about 1/2 hour for the paint to get real tacky before I started removing the mask.

Sometimes old eyes need a little help. Also an x-acto knife is a must for helping remove the mask.

Make sure the paint doesn't completely dry before you remove the mask otherwise it will be very difficult to get it off.

Cost is $15 for each mask plus shipping.

These are now available again. $15 each plus shipping. My daughter has opened her own print shop and is making these along with other paint masks to order.
