I finally got around to parting this Halftrack out and discovered that it's an M15A1, not an M16 like I thought. Sn. 1043, hood number 40149760

 Hood number 40143760 would be more likely. Can you double check?

I just checked again and it is definitely 40149760. Since Halftrack 1041 has 40149758 doesn't it make sense that 1043 would have 40149760?
