Title: brakes are on when engine is runnig

i got a problem, i rebuilt my hydrovac and master cylinder and when i start my engine and its runs the brakes are continuously on.
i all ready checked the master cylinder but that one seems to work fine so I think the problem is in the hydrovac.

has someone any suggestion what it could be

Check to make sure you attached the vacuum tubes correctly on the hydrovac.

that top line goes to engine vacuum

you also have the hydrovac installed backwards but that should be fine

sorry I forgot to tell I have an international halftrack so it's a little different setup but the principle should be the same
