Just curious. Weight with roller axle shaft is approx. 145 pounds and once I reinforce the box with some plywood it is sure to be a little over 150lbs. I think there might be a rate increase at the 150 pound weight. I found a really nice Poulan mower box that will work.

You my have to ship by truck freight. I think major carriers can do it. I would shop around for price. Also check U-Ship.

Supposedly you can ship through Fastenal pretty cheap if it's on a pallet. Never tried it myself though.

Yep this might be the time to try Fastenal. :)

Fastenal is great for shipping! I use them every chance I get. You can also ship a roller through ups

Every time I get a quote from fastenal its literally $150 every time no mater the size or weight haha, SuperJeep and Tom are soooo right, cheapest place to ship freight.

Have you tried UPS? last time I shipped a heavy package I asked what the limits were. I thought they said they now will ship packages up to 170 LBS. Not sure of cost though.

UPS did confirm they will take it and quoted a price of $150 to $180.00 I figured the weight at 155lbs.

That's probably just as easy to ship USPS. Fastenal only ships store to store, it would have to be picked up there as it wouldn't be home delivered.
