After a weekend of busted knuckles, PB blaster and lots of cutting wheels on my die grinder, I made some pretty good progress on stripping the parts vehicle. The plate is tough to get off and it sure is heavy!

Well.... after 4 hours driving up and 5 hours driving back, our Autocar is finally home! It is currently parked in front of my house and neither my wife nor my neighbors seem to mind too terribly bad. It sits there because the steering is locked up and we can't get it back into the shop area until we can turn it, so that is priority 1, get it unstuck or disconnect it somewhere and use a big bar and chain to turn the tires manually. Next is to get the transfer case out of gear or drop the drive lines. So here we go! Wish us luck and get ready for lots of questions.

Lots of looks everywhere we stopped!

A half track parked in front only enhances the beauty of your home! Looks like a great start. Good luck to you on it!

Well not sure about TALENT, but we manage to get our stuff back looking pretty good I think? Here's the last one we did, it's a 1943 Ford GPW....
