Title: Rear bumper bolts
Post by: emptyhead on October 29, 2017, 05:21:54 AM
I have got around to putting some of the track and rear armor on my track and have a question about the two bolts on each side the have the double square washer. Is ther suppose to be nuts welded to the frame for that, is there a spacer between the frame and the bumper. Any pics would be great. Thanks.

I'm not sure but you might need this spacer if you replaced your rear crossmember. No capture nut on back just washer and nut.

Thanks the cross member is from a junk international that I cut off. Somewhere along the the life of my track some idiot cut the last 10inches off the rear end.

I double checked and it is a washer and nut, the washer is thick 'feels' like an 1/8 I had to do a reach around. There is a large L shaped bracket on each side that makes it really tight in there.
