Title: Throttle rod length

Needing to build the long rod that connects to the carb since I've lost mine somewhere. Anyone have the measurement between the studs?

Michael – Mine measures 17-1/2” center to center. The rod is 15-1/4” from inside of nut to inside of nut. The nuts are 3/16”. I don't know how far into the rod ends they thread, but I'm gonna guess about a half inch. So 16-5/8”-16-3/4” total rod length. The threads are 1/4-28 by an inch or so. I hope this helps. I tried to post a picture but my p.o.s. phone (camera) and p.o.s. computer aren't speaking to each other.
