I've not looked into it yet, but wouldn't the seat stop pivot arm be an off the shelf item. Maybe McMaster Carr? I don't have one to use as an example, but perhaps someone could take a measurement? (I need one too).
If you are OK with it, get a set of reproduction WLA Harley headlights and modify to fit. I think that's what Steve was doing earlier (I bought mine from him).
Paul Jacobs might be a resource for the rear latch. Shoot him a PM.
I'm going to try to source the perimeter rail locally. I have scrap piece to use as an example to see if a local shop can fab some up.

 I have a few early headlamp buckets. I also have NOS and repro winch driveshafts. I have new production track sets.

List updated. I’m going to make the perimeter rail based on a piece I found. Rebuilding PTO now and looking for the packing seals.
