Any advice on getting out these broken studs without taking manifold off and opening another can of worms ? Got new heat riser to install.

Center punch, re drill and re tap. Best part is you don't have squat for room to do it in.

Been there, done that.

Yeah what Steve said. I had a pretty decent manifold and pretty much had to do this to every stud on it.
Even had to heilicoil a few.

Mission completed, it wasn’t easy finally had to buy good drill bits after trying Harbor Freight ones. Waiting for Hydrovac to get rebuilt that is my next mission, to get it installed.

I had issues with mine leaking by. I tried high temp silicone. Still had issues ended up using JB weld to fill in the low spots.

We are not looking forward to messing with the manifolds because of this exact reason.  Good job.
