Title: Armor bolts

Post by: steve1973 on August 17, 2019, 06:12:47 AM: Try Kevin Lockwood. I sold what I had to him. He has plenty in stock ready to ship. We are working on making the correct nuts. It will be at least 3 to 6 months on those.

Post by: steve1973 on December 05, 2019, 01:31:10 AM: Over the last 4 to 6 months I have been working with Kevin Lockwood on getting the two styles of nuts made. Through my supplier that I used to have the armor bolts made they sent out samples to over 25 to 30 mills with in the US and abroad and all locations turned down giving us a quote. I guess because of the detail no one was interested. In the past only two suppliers made these nuts. They are all out with no intentions to make more. That is the last I heard.

Post by: 8683jb on December 05, 2019, 10:20:12 AM: If you're looking for 1/2"-20 flex-top lock nuts, McMaster-Carr has them. Item No. 94820A250. They have them in Mil. Spec. also but they're pretty expensive.
