Title: Wire rope guide

Pictures I’ve looked at, the guide looks different than mine. Can’t put anymore cable on because it hits guide. If it’s bent it’s a perfect bend. Also think I have cable wound backwards? Should it come out the bottom or top when unspooling.

Yes, Your cable is wound backwards. Also the guide should be flat / straight where is runs along the drum not have that point to it.

Got guide straightened also found a chain and hook at Portland show. Might not be correct but I think it looks good.
