Title: Blue paint

I’ve seen this before on other parts of my HT, just wondering if you guys had a opinion. Seems to be steel, blue then OD. Is the blue a primer or was it in the Air Force? According to sn it was originally a M13. Inquiring minds would like to know.

The air force did have halftracks to protect the air fields. My guess these would be M3's and M16's. I'm not sure if they were painted blue though. It would be neat to see an original photo of a blue halftrack though.
