Title: Unknown Bracket Purpose

ALCON:. I have a bracket mounted on the gun compartment partition that sits right behind my driver's seat.  It looks very similar to the 1st Aid Kit bracket in the gun compartment but is smaller.  Does anyone know what went into this bracket?  There are two footman loops in either side for 1" straps.  I want to make straps but it would be helpful to know what went there before doing so.
