I saw it, they paid way too much. I did not think the halftrack was very well restored, mine racks were bent- gages were broken/incorrect.

Once again if seller is happy and buyer is happy what does it matter ....

It’s reality TV.  Highly doubt they bought it but it does make for an entertaining episode.

Yeah, I thought they had it backwards.  Seller (whom we've seen on several boards and E-bay) trying to get $160K for the pseudo- M16/M3 parts bash, says track is worth more than the gun mount.  Seems to me that 4 .50cals in today's market would easily fetch 90-100K not even counting the  fully working mount.  So if the track were worth 85K as the show portrays, then the gun must therefore be worth 75k?  I'd pay 75K for 4 fully registered and fully operation al fifties AND the fully restored mount.

Notice they said it was a White and I think nameplate said Diamond T.

Agree with above comments.....I think their "expert" led them astray.

Went on YouTube and stopped it on name plate and yes it says manufacture by Dimond T. Could be wrong nameplate. Also noticed quad mount rocking around when they were driving doesn’t seem right and it had no armor for gunner.

I had to go watch it when I saw your comment about the quad rocking around. They mounted some kind of platform over the troop seats and bolted the spacer ring to that, it looks ridiculous and is probably unsafe. It's just sitting on top of sheet metal more or less.
