Title: Rear pintle hook bracket m3

Can anyone tell me if the hole on the rear pintle bracket mount in the frame is centered on the bracket or or off set to the top. I made up a 1/4 plate bracket and when I bolted it in the rear part of the pintle with the spring bushing seemed to be tilted down slightly. Any measurements or pics would be great.

On my M2 it is off set 2-9/16" from the top of the cross brace.
