not exactly found today, i have known about these for years but never took an pics of them. none are for sale.

A couple of years ago, I was looking at a fire truck on the GSA site. I think it was in Washington state. In the photos of the fire truck, you could see in the back ground the front of a halftrack sticking out. It was painted red, but all you could see was just the front. I did e-mail a big military collector in the state to let him know about it, but never heard back. They are still out there.

i wouldn't mind having a fire truck one. its an interesting pice of history.
i have heard there where alot of halftracks used for logging up in washington, i bet they are pretty beat up after that.

here are a couple more halftracks not more than 30 mins from my place.
the m2a1 is considered part of a museum and the m16 was in a fire so i dont think there is anything worth saving on it.
