I bought a couple of these https://jeepest.com/gb/armored-m3-half-track/4303-cushion-seat-half-track-or-general-use-replica.html They are very well made with a heavy zipper and cost about $60 each delivered to the US. They are the rear compartment seats, but I am going to use them as front seats, about 4" thick (with army blanket inside) instead of 2" for normal front seats but should be fine. They are padded and could be used without the blanket.
