Noticed some things on the M13/16 I am tearing down and not being familiar with this model of track thought I would point them out and hope someone can splain them to me :-\.
Hard to see but there is a large footman loop welded to the side armor two-thirds down and about one foot back from the leading edge. There is another on the next panel of armor to the rear. You can just make it out at the right edge of the photo. These are also on the passenger side.

Also has these smaller footman loops welded to the top of the perimeter rail.

On the bulkhead between the cab and rear bed there is a holder behind the driver seat and above it a tab bolted to the bulkhead. Not sure how to rotate the photo but it needs to be rotated CW90 degrees.

I've seen the large footman loops on M16A1's also. I think it was added during the rebuild program for Korea but for what purpose I don't know.
