Title: clutch alignment tool

Does anyone have a part number for a clutch alignment tool or the dimensions to make one?

A clutch alignment tool is nothing more than a transmission input shaft without the gear on the end. In fact for semi's I use an old input shaft for the alignment tool. Works great and cheap too.

That's exactly what I got from Gary Hebding for an alignment tool, a nos input shaft for a halftrack. Not that expensive to.

I have a bunch of them from various projects but didnt think i could pick one up for this job at the local napa.
How much did Gary charge?  Maybe i could borrow one fro one of you guys if  i cover the shipping?  Im pretty sure this will be my one and only halftrack clutch job.
