Title: Engine install

Finally installed the engine in my track. Thank god my friend Jim had the gantry in his garage.

I haven't installed the intake and exhaust manifold or generator but did install the flywheel clutch pressure plate and tranny yesterday . Will post pics don thanks for asking. Coming along very slowly

Be careful with the generator. That's a hernia in a small package ;)

you will find that there is very little clearance between the frame and the block to install the exhaust manifold.
the last one i installed i unbolted it, pulled it back (not all the way) and had to slide it forward over the intake. it just barley cleared.

Install the intake and exhaust manifold together as an assembly. Just don't fully tighten the bolts between the two until they are tightened to the engine block.
