Anyone have a source for these?  might be a modern equivlant available?

Hi Robert,

Yes, me.... we did a group buy and had them made a few years back.  I have a few sets left.   They cost us $45 bucks back then plus shipping - if my memory serves me correctly.    If you want a set, shoot me a pm with your email address and I will send some photos to make sure we are talking the same items.   There are two - front and back.
