I just took mine apart for painting also. I guess start with Rod Shaver, David Yamilla with Military Vehicle Supply and if all else fails ask you know who. No, it's not Lord Voldemort. ;D

The drag link parts are common parts to the old semi trucks and large forklifts. You should be able to get them from a local parts dealer. If not let me know what you need as I may have some of the parts in my forklift parts stock.

I wanted to check and see if someone has done this before. I see the tie rod ends are Timken, I'm not sure if Meritor truck parts now owns that and Thompson Products now TRW I believe did the drag links. I tried crossing the numbers and partial #s online but came up empty. I'll try some local guys, if I come up with the numbers I'll post them.

If you have an Alignment shop in your area that deals with heavy trucks they probably have the parts in stock. Or could tell what to get just bu looking at it. Make sure they been in business for a while.

steve1973.. i think you are missing the point of this site. dealers are a last resort. not the first
there are many parts that HT dealers can contribute but this part has not been investigated yet.
many halftrack parts existed well before and after halftracks where around.

lets try and do some research (like the other posters) before we give up.

the right tie rod is white number 382168

the left is white number 382167

the reason i posted the chipsforsale link was to show some additional  cross over numbers and the site also lists some measurements. i have tried contacting them about many parts but they never have anything.

the right tie rod white number 382168 that i listed is for the whole unit.
you may have better luck finding the internal pieces individually.

if you have the ord 9 manual you can cross over the ord numbers in this pic to white, diamond, auto car, numbers.
then do a google search with those numbers. the chipsforsale site will likely come and at least you can get some specs from that.

It’s an old post but were there and cross reference parts located?
