« Last post by WayOffTrack on April 21, 2026, 09:11:07 AM »I had an early lot 5 with the same carb, I think they are interchangeable but the air horn is different. The updraft style air horn is a lot harder to find but neither one is easy.

« Last post by kosovoruss on April 19, 2026, 02:39:42 PM »Hi. My Scout car finally arrived yesterday. The First thing I noticed was the Carburetor, (Early Lot 5) is a straight Downdraft. The NOS Carburetor I got was a 90 degree bend, (Later model) Carb. has anybody interchanged them? I would have to waste it if I don't have to. Thanks.

« Last post by steve1973 on April 19, 2026, 01:59:57 PM »Get the radio manual for your halftrack. It has all the routings listed. Just FYI. The radio terminal boxed were installed at the factory when the halftrack was built. Some had the larger square box and some had the smaller rectangle box.

I guess on our Izzy return they put a tool box or something under the passenger seat. and that block the way,
anybody know how an original was run ??
