m47 tank restoration

here is some progress on my m47 tank.

i put the tracks on it, it wasn't as hard as i thought it would be doing it by myself.
it helps to have large equipment to do it though.

each track weighs 5000 pounds
nothing can be done by hand.
installing the track connecting links was some work. the left side i was able to connect using 2 chain come along's but the right side was not as cooperative. i had to put the loader bucket on the back to compress the road wheels for a little more slack in the track.
