m16A2 or m3 ? halftrack for sale in michigan

it looks like someone spent alot of time and money putting this together.
it looks great... but for our purposes here we will point out some discrepancies.

its listed as an m16 but m16s do not have
a back door
a rear floor like that

This is Ma Duece. I know her owner, and have seen her in person many times at Thunder Over Michigan. It is actually a M16, with a M3 rear floor and it also has had a rear door added like a M16A2. He drives it about 25 or 30 miles each way to the show each year. This HT was redone with what I think were mostly NOS parts before they became pricey and hard to find. If someone is truly interested in talking to the owner direct I have his address and phone number as he doesn't do the internet much.

In the link to the pictures is one of the dataplate, it has an M16 serial number, 283xxx. Nice looking track.
