Haltrack Chevron Tires

I saw this haltrack at a local MV rally and took note of the chevron pattern tires. They were Dunlop grader tires in the correct 20 x 8.25 size. Dunlop don't make these tires in this size anymore but STA do. They are still grader tires in the 20 x 8.25 size. Has anyone used these for their vehicle?

I called STA about these tires. Unfortunately I was told these tires only have a top speed rating of 25 M.P.H.
