M2A1 ammo locker lid hinge

Hello all,
I'm getting ready to install the newly made ammo lockers in our halftrack. The large locker behind the drivers seat has a hinged top over, my question is what type of hinge? I could not find a clear image on line to determine if continuous hinges (piano) were used or standard type hinges. I have extra door hinges available, so those are an option also.

They are not originally piano hinges, it is some kind of sheet metal rolled and cupped by a second sheet metal rolled tube. Very hard to describe. I lucked out and got some NOS ones from Rod Shaver many years ago. I don't know how they would be reproduced now.
