1944 International Half Track to be sold at Public Auction

This halftrack was with the 12th armored in Texas during WWII. The original markings are on the doors, and hood, including the star. Yes it was pointing that direction. It was used in New Mexico by a electric power company and had a Tulsa 23G winch in the back and A frame. Somehow it ended up in Pa. up for auction at the brewery. Before the auction, it was loaded down with parts from at least 3 other International halftracks, including engine and transmission, winch, etc. it still had tracks. Notice the front wheels are different in the later photos. Any information about it between the time in NM, and PA would be greatly appreciated.
