Seat lid hinge holes
« on: November 07, 2017, 05:00:22 PM »
Anyone have some basic measurements where the holes for the front seat lids are locate. My track armor front sections are from the original m16 but have repro rear. That stuff even for track armor is tough as coffin nails will have to get a carbide bit had to drill some holes for the track brackets and that sucked. Thanks for any info.

I just kinda guessed on mine and tried to line them up with the spot where the old hinges are. I can measure if you would like.

I will be at my shop on Monday. I can measure Zelda's hinges then and take photos if that would help.

Here are the measurements for the hinges for the lid. The hinges are bolted to the horizontal track armor and welded to the lids. The measurements were taken fron the driver's side lids.

Here are some photos of the passenger side lids starting with the front small lid.

Now for the rear lid.

The floor is a kit from Outsider. Very well made.

Hope this helps.

I love seeing the scuffs and scratches and bright spots through the paint. It translates to Don’s wearing Zelda out, and I think that’s great.
