Wiper blade extends above windshield frame...?

Sumthin’ ain’t right…
Can someone post the lengths of the wiper arm and the blade? I'm assuming one or the other is for a different application. Thanks.

check to see if it is an adjustable arm.

I'll have a look in the morning but I think it's just a solid wire with a bend where it goes through the wiper shaft.
