I suspect there are other suppliers of these, but I grabbed a pair and they look perfect. They come chrome and the shaft needs to be cut to size, but these are minor obstacles for anyone brave enough to fix up a HT. These are from Mac’s auto parts (1936 Ford) and appear to be the same handles put on some military trucks clear into the 1990s. I forgot which of these two part numbers I actually ordered, but they look like the same handles.
